Our New Letterpress!

This is a "New Style" Chandler and Price 10X15 letter press, relocated from Vermont

This is it strapped to the trailer. Most of the tie-downs were already removed when this pictures was taken.
This should give it some scale - it's surprisingly small for an 1800 lb machine.
Off the trailer. We're going to bring it in that door.
I'll just pick it up and carry it in...

This shows the different between an Old Style and a New Style
The Old Style was first made in 1884, and the New Style was made from 1911 through at least the early 1970's.
